Mathias H. ("Matt") Hunoval

      Mr. Hunoval is the founder and principal of The Hunoval Law Firm, a firm increasingly specializing in assisting banks, lenders, servicers and private equity clients with special asset needs.
      In addition to his extensive real estate-related legal experience, Mr. Hunoval has a broad range of general corporate, transactional and merger & acquisition experience, having served clients ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies while practicing for AM Law 200 law firms; this experience is put to use for clients throughout the business life cycle, from formation to corporate acquisition and at all points in between.

Cara Clausen, Head North Carolina Paralegal

      Cara Clausen is the firm’s senior North Carolina paralegal, and has over eight (8) years’ experience specializing in North Carolina foreclosures and real estate closings.  Cara heads all North Carolina foreclosure staff and has been instrumental in the development and implementation of our international back office team.

 

Manisonh Naoudom, Head South Carolina Paralegal

     Manisonh Naoudom is the firm’s senior South Carolina Paralegal with over five (5) years’ experience specializing in both North & South Carolina foreclosures, creditors’ rights and community association laws. She heads the South Carolina foreclosure department and assists managing the firm’s international office staff.

     Ms. Thompson is the lead attorney for the firm’s South Carolina practice and has focused exclusively on representation of lenders and servicers in the banking industry. Her background includes South Carolina foreclosures, creditors’ rights, commercial debt collection and subrogation.
With extensive legal knowledge from years of experience in the foreclosure arena, Ms. Thompson helps her clients achieve their business goals in the most timely and efficient manner. She has been pivotal in the development and management of the firm’s South Carolina department.
